Did anyone else get theirs this morning? This only applies to those in England and Wales I think, but I'm sure someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
I got 2 As, woohoo! But I still have to re-take a French Speaking module because of the way English exams work, where it's all added up funny at the end.
Hope everyone got the results they wanted!

Ah, exams. How I miss them so. (only semi-sarcastic)
No, really, though. Grats to both of you. I miss school. Not the people, they were generally idiots (self, your Sherlock is showing), but the classes. The good ones, the ones that weren't rehash or dumbed-down. Mostly English, French, theatre, and chemistry.
Why can't I have you, college/uni?! *headdesk* Zarking financial woes...

Well I am getting truly into character this evening - it's my best friend's 18th and I've a half-empty bottle of vodka looking at me seductively from across my room.
Well done on your exam results! I remember getting my Year 11 (I was 16) results, and finding about four Ds. I managed to pull it off by the Sumemr though.
What does everyone study? I'm studying Media, French and Politics at A2 Level (I'm 18 - I think it counts as Senior Year?) then hoping to do Law at Uni.
As for finances, I think we have it lucky here compared to the USA. Yes, the fees are disgusting, but the student loan system allows you to pay back the minimal amount. And it's cancelled if you move abroad for 5 years. So hello, round-the-world trip...

Alas, at present I study nothing. I want to study forensics and psychology, though. I find them both fascinating.
Curse you, US education system and your silly money-greedy hands. Because of you I've had to wait five years and no signs of help yet. I refuse to accept student loans. I don't like owing people anything.

Due to my inaccess to £27,000, I have little choice but to try and dodge my student loan. I think I'd relish taking the money from our government! Gah, David Cameron.
But you can't expect any help from the US education system; I still remember being totally shocked when being on tour with a US band and they were talking about medical bills. It had never really hit me about the whole 'not having the NHS' thing.

Yup. And I completely have no idea as to how it works, as you can probably tell by some of my RPing. XD I'm just "oh right yeah".
Fortunately, I'm planning (with our John) to visit London in time for the Jubilee, so I'll have some sort of experience that helps my writing, though hopefully not my hospital writing.

You're going to be in London?! Oh my God we have to go drinking together. And you can see how a true English rose rant about how much she hates the monarchy!
Where will you stay? You have to go to Camden, it's like a RULE. And the Hawley Arms. And go and see 221B, obviously - which has a museum, which I've never been to. Don't bother with Parliament or anything, that's all rubbish. The London Eye is definitely worth it, as is Madame Tussaud's if you can stand the prices and a thousand tourists.

Or, alternatively, we could just arrange to meet somewhere (221B?) and I can watch you drink, since neither I nor my companions do.
Your suggestions have been added to the list XD
Not sure where we're staying as it's our John who's made the arrangements. I'm sure he's told me, but, true to character, I've deleted it as theoretically I won't need to know.

YOU DON'T DRINK? *struggles to comprehend this notion*
Edited to add:
Went out last night for my best friend's birthday. Maybe not drinking is an okay idea... *rubs head*
