Other than the highly suggestive fact that there's good reason to suspect Moriarty was involved, no.
Good heavens, the woman can't even keep her alias straight.
Why, do you have reason to suspect it was aimed at me?

I did tell the nurse I was a Ms Hooper, right? Oh sweet Jesus my head HURTS. And my stomach... is it possible to go into labour at 6 weeks? Oh God, what if it's a BOY?! WHAT IF IT INHERITS MY GENES? Oh God - what if it looks like a ginger version of my brother?
DI Senneck: I read your file, Mr Holmes. We have no reason to expect it wasn't aimed at you. What were in the files?

I'm not entirely certain. All I know is that they had something to do with Moriarty.
*narrows eyes*
There's something you're not telling me.

James Moriarty, the criminal mastermind? You obviously don't watch the news.
And somehow you've made it to detective inspector without knowing who the most dangerous man in the city is.
*rolls eyes*
How did you rise in the ranks?

*Senneck frowns*
DI Senneck: I've just transferred from Bristol, thank you Mr Holmes. Although I'll be sure to look this 'mastermind' up.
*Harry's starting to tire. Her head is swimming again.*
Oh Jesus, I can't take any more of this jobsworth.
H: I think I'm going to be sick again...

Fortunately, we're in a hospital where they generally don't mind. Though I would take a few steps back, Detective Inspector.
*he speaks despite talking over the sound of Harry vomiting, essentially ignoring it*
Further questions?

*Senneck steps to the left, as Harry begins to chuck up again. Groaning, she grabs a glass of water from the bedside table and downs it.*
DI Senneck: I think that's everything, for now. We'll be in touch.
Harry: Detective Inspector? Be a dear and fetch a cleaner. Thanks. Oh - and sorry about the shoes.
*Senneck winces and walks out.*

Well, that went well, wouldn't you say? You should probably head back to your bed. Or are all the Watsons this clingy?

*With the familiar, acidic taste of her own vomit lingering on her tongue, Harriet rounds on Sherlock and snaps:*
Oh shut up Sherlock. You're not all that fabulous to hang around with yourself. I mean, I've known you for less than 24 hours and I've already got myself blown up. So stop acting so f**king high and mighty.

And yet, for some reason, you're here in the same room with me. It's confusing--you hate me but you stick around. And don't be like that. I'm not being high-and-mighty. I'm right.
*twitches slightly*
Mm. Not good?

Oi! I don't recall ever saying I hated you.
*She stares at him, his hair still dusty in places, sporting a cut across his high, razor sharp cheekbones. She looks almost offended, but continues, her voice soft and quiet. Her lips are bloodied, there's a graze on her cheek and a stitched-cut on her forehead*
You saved my life, you've helped me find a place to live and you've looked after my brother. You could be twice as arrogant and three times as irritable but I still couldn't *hate* you.

Actually, he's been looking after me far more than the other way around.
*frown*
I think my pain medication may not be a high enough dosage.

No, Sherlock, that's your heartstrings being twanged. And that's John - a true doctor. Not that I'd let him diagnose much more than a bruise; I visited him in medical school and God knows how he passed any exams.

Not everyone's an addict like yourself, least of all your brother. Stop projecting your own problems onto your perceptions of others.
*realizes*
No, sorry, that was...that was not good. It's the, uh, the concussion talking.
*nods*
