*Sherlock walks from around the corner--he'd had the cabbie drop him off a block down--and looks at the situation. He's not particularly happy to be here, but given that he was starting to go mad with boredom, he took the case*
*walks to Dimmock*
Ah, Detective Inspector. I see you've brought friends.
*looks at the other police officers, clearly unimpressed, before looking at the door*
I assume Dr. Kramer is inside?

*rolls his eyes*
*simply knocks on the door*

*dimmock advances up the steps as the door opens. one of manuel's henchmen is there.* "Monsieur Kramer is expecting you both."

*Sherlock recognizes him from the warehouse in France and a spike of anger goes through him. He suppresses it and looks no different from his usual calm*
*raises eyebrow*
Is he?
*steps inside, making sure to take in every little detail of his surroundings, not least of reasons being that he is looking for potential alternative exits*

*smirks*
How cliché.
*looks around the room, a clear signal that he's bored and waiting for something interesting to happen--he's playing a game with Kramer, faking disinterest in an attempt to make him be more interesting and tell more about himself*
No need for introductions, I assume, as you've been expecting us, and we haven't blindly charged in as this Detective Inspector seems wont to do.

*dimmock stares around the room. Kramer studies sherlock* "I can tell from the slight flicker of anger in your eyes, you were disappointed when you saw manuel's henchman answer the door. please sit down." *Kramer gestures to two chairs across from him. Dimmock sits down*

*Sherlock refuses to sit*
Not disappointed. Irked. But my reasons are none of your business.
*he doesn't want to tell a complete stranger about his fight with himself after Paris not to go back to cocaine. He doesn't want to tell anyone. He'd only told John and Molly because it was medically relevant, and Dimmock and Harry know because they were there. He is more than slightly angry with Manuel and company for bringing him so close to being in that dark place again*
I assume, since you were expecting us, you have something you want to tell us?

*Dimmock, who has been silent until now, speaks up.* wait a minute. kramer just used the same deduction method that you use. *Kramer continues to stare at them both.* "you are right Ian Dimmock. now sherlock. i am planning something big. very very big. recently i have come across the code that would unlock the UN's nuclear defense system. but they were taken from me. i managed to fire a missile. the rest i leave to you to figure out for now. *he is about to say something else, but he waits for sherlock to make a comment.*

Attempting to impress me, obviously. It didn't work. Emotions are among the easiest of things to read--facts are much more interesting and much harder to glean from a simple, as you put it, flash of anger.
*he smirks slightly--not out of interest but rather he is humouring Kramer*
Either you memorised it, not out of character for one of your professed intellect, you had backups, or you knew someone who could regain access. And as I've heard nothing about it, I can only assume certain members of government were able to successfully keep it from the public.
*walks to the desk where he fiddles with the tassels on the lampshade*
And as to your motivation in firing said missile, that's unclear. Unless, like Jim Moriarty, you enjoy reveling in chaos for chaos' sake.

*kramer removes his spectacles* "incorrect. i was not trying to impress you. james is a mad man. he no longer plays a part in my plans. he never even knew about them anyway. as for said missile, i want to end the world as we know it because society is collapsing."

*sighs and rolls his eyes*
Oh, you're one of those scientists. As much as I agree that humanity could do with a clean sweep, you're hardly the person I would nominate to execute such an act.

*kramer laughs* "thats because you have no idea who your dealing with, holmes. i'm not like anyone you've ever dealt with. but you wont get to deal with me. no one will." *kramer clicks his fingers and 4 men wearing body armour and carrying machine guns enter the room. dimmock, who had been recording the whole conversation on his phone, stood up quickly.*
